Fiverr zablokoval všechny mé účty z ničeho nic

Zdravím, z ničeho nic mi byly zablokovány všechny účty na fiverru. Na fiverru jsem celkem utratil dost peněz více než přes 300 tisíc Kč a na emaily mi dorazilo toto:

Neví někdo co s tím? Podpora nechce pomoct, takže se mám smířit, že mé účty už neuvidím jo? 

"všechny" ??? nemáte mít dle jejich podmínek pouze jeden účet? Se jen ptám :-)

Tak porušuješ podmínky a pak se divíš ? Mas mít jeden účet, problem vyřešen
