IT – First Level Support

We are looking for a new team member for our VFX and post-production studio!

Position: IT Support (First Level)

Form: Part-time or full-time

Location: ON-SITE Prague office

We are seeking IT enthusiasts who aren’t afraid of challenges and want to be part of a creative environment. The ideal candidate has some experience in IT, meets the requirements listed below, and is ready to solve problems both independently and as part of a team.

What you should know:

Basic knowledge of networks.
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Familiarity with virtualization (advantageous).
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (advantageous).
Ability to logically analyze and resolve problems.
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new things.
Good command of English for communication.
Time flexibility – occasional evening or weekend work.
