A hodláš s tim něco dělat nebo na cz domény nemůžou?

To bude určitě Naxos :DJinak mimochodem, asi se chystají vstoupit na český trh, tak radši, než by se s tebou dohodli na prodeji domény zkusí tohle, je to levnější :D

Nic s tim delat nebudu, je to jen takove bububu. Domenu jsem skutecne regnul kvuli cestovatelskemu potencialu, o te piskotarske firme jsem vubec nevedel. Nehlede na to, ze ta domena byla volna az do predminuleho tydne ...A Naxos to neni. Nicmene mam nektere domeny, kde by problem byt mohl ;)

Neni takovy probles vydedukovat ze se jedna o Andros ( pomoci Google samozrejme :))Francouzi zrejme nejblbejsi narod EU. Hned za nimi ovsem Italove :)

Mam to podlozene jednanim s tisicemi zakazniku - a jedine debilni Francouz natvrdo pise do fabriky v Cine francouzsky. Zbytku sveta dojde jaksi automaticky ze maji psat ANGLICKY. Popripade Francouzi (a Italove) pisou anglictinou ktere nejde ani poradne rozumet. A Cesi jsou naopak VELMI DOBRI a inteligentni zakaznici. Velmi dobra anglictina (jednam i s Ceskymi zakazniky v AJ, oni si mysli ze jsem Cinan a ja jim nechci brar iluze), poradne si prostuduji www predem atd.Zakaznici - cela vychodni Evropa super, Nemci a skandinavie taky super. Francie, Italie - to je exhibice tuposti a spatne anglictiny, ani to poradne pocitat neumi. Amerocani, UK taky dobri. Latinska america smisene ale vetsinou OK,s anglictinou mivaji obcas problem.

I kdybys jednal s tisíci francouzi, čemuž nevěřim, tak podle toho hodnotit celej národ je dost slabý.

Pokud jsem te dobre pochopil, nebudes na dopis vubec reagovat. Nebylo by lepsi jim v pravnickem lingvu odpovedet, ze jejich trademark nepokryva turismus, neprodavas "jam, biscuits and juices" (teda aspon ja nevim, ze bys to prodaval ;)), nejsou cinni v CR a vubec?Jak by bylo podle vas nejlepsi postupovat?

Mmch prijde mi docela podivne, ze se ti ozvali tak ukrutne rychle. Jakoby tu domenu sledovali a cekali, az si ji nekdo zaregistruje.. ? Nebo cekali na slevu dve ste korun? :)

Staci jednat s par desitkama lidi z kazde zeme, je to dostatecny statisticky vzorek. Pruzkumy se take delaj s par desitkama lidi a pak se aplikuji na celou zem a ono to kupodivu docela dobre funguje.

Jak by bylo podle vas nejlepsi postupovat?

Nereagovat, cekat jestli pujdou dal (WIPO atd.), 99% ze ne. Pozor ovsem na autooptimizaci, nektere kurvy pravnici to zneuzijou a optimizujou to tak aby to porusovalo jejich TM.
