Mám dotaz na místní znalce. Už přes cca rok provozuju web billboardtrade.com a teď se mi na mail ozvala jakási firma, že hodlá jméno "billboardtrade" registrovat jako TM. Já mám samozřejmě jenom doménu a web, nemám TM. Myslíte že by mě mohli časem "vysoudit" web i s doménou? Nebo když jsem registroval dřív tak mám i nějaká práva?
