Proč se nemůžu přihlásit do Adwords?

Mam takovy mensi problem: chtel jsem vyzkouset AdWords ale nemuzu se do nej prihlasit. Vsechny google sluzby me normalne jdou zalogovat, jen kdyz se prihlasim do AW tak se me refreshne obrazovka a zobrazi se znova ta hlavni login obrazovka. Vycistil jsem cookies, cache, temporary files, zkusil Firefox ale stale stejny - nemuzu se zalogovat ale ani se nezobrazi zadna chybova hlaska.

Nemate s tim nekdo zkusenost, popr. nevedel byste radu co s tim?

Zkus se tam nove "zaregistrovat" a pouzit stavajici udaje.

No kdyz dam "zacit nyni" a pri dotazech napisu ze uz pouzival google sluzby a vlozim svuj google email tak me to nakonec napise "Tento účet již slouží pro přihlašování do jiného účtu AdWords"

s jinym emailem me to zalozit jde ale prijde me hloupy abych to mel takhle rozhazeny

Na tohle jsem uz kdysi nekde narazil. Tusim je tam potreba interakce podpory Google, ktere se do toho moc nechtelo - protoze ucet byl soucasti nejakeho hromadneho "prevodu" nebo neceho takoveho.

Napis na podporu a uvidis, jestli uz na to nasli nejake rychle a rozumne reseni...

Tak pokud by mel snad nekdo podobny problem, zde prikladam email od googlu (zjistil jsem ze je zbytecny psat na ceskou podporu, 3x jsem se tazal a odpoved zadna - u eng supportu jsem dostal odpoved do 8 hodin)

because of a technical snag. I have escalated this issue to our technical

experts and they are working to resolve it. Meanwhile, the only workaround

is that you use another email address temporarily to access your AdWords

account. I do realise that you were looking at integrating all your Google

services udner one account (xxx@gmail.com) and would have liked

this email to be the primary login email but because of the snag, I am

unable to give access to this login until our engineers have resolved this

issue. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this is causing.

Please write back to me, specifying which other email address you would

like to use to access your AdWords account in a direct reply to this

email. Ocne you write back to me, I will grant access to your preferred

email address and email you an access link, which will guide you through

the access process. You will then be able to use AdWords.

In the meanwhile, our engineers will fix the issue and eventually, in a

couple of days, you will be able to access your AdWords account via the

oroginal login email xxx@gmail.com. You may need to keep

checking if this email has been granted login access. Once you find that

you can access AdWords via your original login email

xxx@gmail.com, you can go to the 'My Account' tab in your

account, click on 'Access' and disable access to the temporary login

email. You may also choose to retain access if you wish to.

Do write back to me with your preferred login email for your AdWords

account. If you have additional questions, please visit AdWords Support at

mne to robi to, ze raz ked sa dam prihlasit, tak mi vyhodi cistu stranku, ako keby nic. a inaokedy ma sice prihlasi, kliknem na AdWords a potom vyhodi, ze nemam pripojenie do internetu, pritom vsetko ostatne mi ide, aj weby a nechapem tomu.
