Looking for Css/xhtml/php Drupal prog. in Brno

I'm looking for an experienced CSS/XHTML/PHP programmer in Brno to do work in Drupal (V6). Drupal experience not a requirement, but some CMS experience necessary. I'm willing to pay 320kc an hour.
