You need fresh adwords account per voucher, one voucher per one account, you cant use any other voucher on account before you use my voucher. Google is against using multiple vouches by one person, so when you

setup new account you have to look like different (new) customer. How new customer look?

- different IP (its not compulsory but its safe to change ip - if you need IP changer go here: bit.ly/INpBWv )

- fresh cookies (use ccelaner)

- different domain (each account have to point to other domain, its not possible to advertise one domain from multiple accounts at the same time, its possible (but very hard) to advertise same domain again and again using vouchers)

- different keywords, and ads text

- legit billing info (it can be fake but have to look real – check address on google maps or yellowpages)

- if you can – different PC. Sometimes if you setup to many spammy accounts from one PC you can get hardware ban and all accounts from that PC will be banned. It not hapen often but sometimes. You can also use virtualbox.

- after you use credit from account delete it

- daily budget lower than 25$ is safe option and low start budget (5$). After ads go live, increase it.

- safest option is setup adwords account without puting in voucher. First create campaing, wait 2-3 days and than redeem voucher on account.

- use billing info from geolocation of your IP.

- sometimes you need credit card to create account. In many countries credit card is not needed if you choose manual pa.yments option.
