Appraisal Certificate

Začínám tak trochu plavat ve spekulantském rybníku a tak bych se chtěl zeptat.Někteří kupující požadují tzv. "Appraisal Certificate" volně přeloženo, certifikát ohodnocující doménu. Toto hodnocení se skládá z několika parametrů, ale o tom se nechci bavit. Zajímalo by mně, jaké máte s těmito certifikáty zkušenosti, jak oceňují, atp. A hlavně, jak často to kupující požadují. Byla mi doporučena tato společnost www.domainsecondhand.com. Ta sranda stojí pro 1doménu $75. Nuže?Předem díky všem ;)

Koukám, že se appraisal scam začíná rozmáhat. Bacha na to.1) Přistoupí k vám potenciální kupec, nabídne pěknou sumičku za doménu, vyžaduje ovšem nejdřív ocenění domény u třetí strany.2) Může navrhnout i víc oceňovacích služeb, ale u jedné zmíní, že jí důvěřuje nejvíc a je ochotný zaplatit jejich cenu, i kdyby byla vyšší než jeho nabídka.3) Daná služba za ocenění překvapivě účtuje poplatek (což vyžadují vpodstatě všechna "lidská ocenění").4) Vy necháte doménu ocenit, odpovíte s cenou třetí strany.5) Zájemce se už neozve.6) Naletěli jste na domain appraisal scam.Facit: Pokud má někdo zájem o vaši doménu, ale podmiňuje koupi jejím oceněním, ani mu neodpovídejte.

I ja dostal nabidku na odkup domeny pred nekolika dny s hezkou sumickou, podminkou byl certifikat a nahodou byla doporucena stejna firma ;) Po vymene druheho emailu mi doslo, ze v tom bude levota a prestal jsem odpovidat. Diky Retale za potvrzeni me domnenky.

Tak to je síla. Možná by stálo za to, udělat seznam všech možných scamů.

It's a standard practice to show independent valuation to buyers/resellers.

Nobody will do business without it. I'm a businessman and have no intention

of changing rules which help both parties to avoid additional risks.

Of course, investors never take into account auto-generated vlauations. So

manual valuation is a "must" too.
