This role requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail. We want to create 1 new resource each week (article, blogpost, infographics, guides...) , in the future you can expect more close co-operation and more work.
Our company helps businesses to save money on customer support so we would like to publish content related to this topic. It would be beneficial for you if you have an experience as a customer support or customer service agent or customer success manager (these people are main target group for our content). Our main competitors are companies like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Desk, Happyfox or Kayako.
