As Test Coordinator for Group Finance your responsibilities will be:
- Align Test Plans for various applications across Program Increment.
- During test execution (together with other stakeholdera):
- Proactively monitor test activities
- Ensure daily coordination of test activities
- Prioritize test activities based on actual needs and possibilities
- Mitigate risks, report risks, and potential issues associated with the Test Execution e. Report to Program Management about test progress
- Coordinate defect resolution
- Work closely with the Product Owners on planning of the Releases of bug-fixing deployments
- Work with Product Test Managers on preparation of the final Test Report.
- Support Test activities transition to a newly founded Test center of Excellence
STRONG ADVANTAGE
- Experience with Test Management
- Knowledge of Czech (or Slovak)
MUST
- Previous experience from a role within the Testing area
- Good command of English
- Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation (P3 – Advanced)
- Testing Process and Quality Improvement (P3 – Advanced)
- English (C1 – Expert)
- Czech (B2 – Advanced)
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Finance / Insurance regulátory reporting
- Experience from any coordination role within large transformation programs
