Nevýhoda je určitě v tom, že se nemáš jak profilovat, a nemáš si jak vybrat klienty. Budeš je mít přidělené, nikdo se s tebou nebude moc bavit jestli je chceš, nebo ne :-) Budeš dělat různorodá témata, různorodé texty pro různorodé systémy a potřeby. Budeš muset dělat obory co tě nebaví s vyhlídkou, že budeš mít někdy na starost klienta, který ti tematicky sedne. Pod agenturou bych to doporučil spíš pro začátečníky, aby si rozjeli pořádně základy, pilovali jazyk. Po pár letech určitě na OSVČ a klienty si vybírat.

Copywriting for the agency has a lot of downsides. Basically, you need to have a full list of requirements and the exact task - what you need to do with the text/blog post/etc. If the requirements are vague, don't agree to take such a task. Because, afterwards, you will have huge amount of clarifications and changes in instructions. From my own experience - I worked for years on copywriting materials (including articles and reviews at Freelancer.com and Writemyessayfast.org) and every time you show your creativity, there's a big chance they will cut it out.

You just do not get the recognition for the work you do if you are writing for the agency. And the positives you improve your skills gradually.
