Zdravim,

potrebujem pomoc od skusenejsieho Sharepoint Admina aby sme spravne nastavili sites, ktore budu sluzit celej firme na ukladanie dokumentov v ramci oddeleni aj celej firmy.

Ide o Sharepoint Online spolu s pouzitim Onedrive a v podstate celym office 360.

Momentalne hlavne problemy:

sharing problem between sites

Problem is regarding sharing of files. The structure we plan to use is the following: http://xxx.sharepoint.com will be the parent site, with a shared space for everybody. Each department will have its own sub-site (document storage), only accessible to members of that department. However, when I try to share files from sub-site A with member of sub-site B, it’s not working. The system allows me to share it, but the other person is not able to see it.

Threshold problem

It seems like SharePoint has a listing threshold of 5,000 items (per site). After reaching this threshold, sync with OneDrive doesn’t seem to work anymore.
