přesunujete opencart na hosting stejného poskytovatele a nebo na zcela jiného?

Ve druhém případě bych doporučila se obrátit na poskytovatele, protože hlášení informuje o zakázání ini_set() a to Vám jedině zodpoví posktovatel.

Jinak dle dalšího výpisu se mi zdá, že nemáte zcela správně naimportovanou databázi, informuje to o chybějícím p.groups_price sloupci - což je asi součástí nějakého modulu?
