- Develop media plans for lead-generation and brand awareness campaigns across all digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube);
- Define optimizations, including A/B testing on targeting, bids, keywords and creative assets to improve campaign performance;
- Manage digital analytics and reporting (real-time dashboards in Hubspot, incl. maintaining GTM accounts and Facebook Event Manager);
- Collaborate with internal team on creative concepts for digital assets (landing pages, microsites, online banners);
- Lead the development of airteam.eu public website, including content management, SEO and design improvements (in cooperation with UX/UI and graphic designers and content providers).
- Identify trends, and experiment with new approaches to acquire leads and increase sales.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing;
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective paid advertising campaigns that drive customer acquisition;
- Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Data Studio) and the ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources;
- Understanding and experience with SEO is a plus;
- Ability to work across cultures and geographies to support local offices in marketing initiatives;
